Soft leopard pads carried Frostmoon over the sweet meadow grass. Her jaws parted to let in the night's cool scents and the smell of rabbit washed over her glands. Suddenly, the feline paused her patrol of the borders and dropped into a hunting crouch her frosted eyes focusing on the hare a few feet away. Her claws reached out and sank into the earth, getting a grip before she leapedand pushed herself forward with her powerful forlegs. She landed on the unsuspecting rodent and killed it with a quick bite to the neck. Her gold rimmed, blue eyes looked out over the meadow before Frostmoon began to feast in her goddess's light.

A roar suddenly shatterred the silence. Loud, echoing, ringing with power and rage, it vibrated in the very rocks of the earth! It seemed to shake the mountains and whip through the tree-line! A seond roar followed the first, this one even more powerful! Full of bloodlust, it made the weaker creatures fall to their knees in fright!
There was the sound of a an intense struggle, and finally, two great beasts broke through the trees! A Great Grizzly and a Great Cat came tumbling into view! The cat lept away, and reared back on it's hind legs! the grizzly reared as well, but quickly realized the cat towered over if by a good 4 feet! The bear charged, roaring! The cat dodged nimbily and lept up onto the bear's back. At blinding speeds, 6 inch long fangs came whistling down, and 1,800 pounds of force snapped shut on the bear's neck. A loud snap rang out as it's spine was broken by the great fangs! The cat threw the bear's body aside like a rag doll. Throwing it's head back, the great cat let out another raging roar of triumph!

Wings flared to there 20 feet expantion and jaws opened ina threatening hiss, Frostmoon turned at the first roar. Who dared to trespass on her lands! At first she was furious that some cat thought they were mighty enough to cross into her borders but then Frostmoon calmed, the borders were newly established and it would take a while for everyone to get used to them.
Then the battle rolled into her meadow and the leoard growled low in her throat as she stepped farther away from the two creatures. She was small compared to both, very small, but she was quite powerful. Still, she would prefer not getting into a battle with either the liger or the bear.
"Well done warrior of Luna," Frostmon greeted the liger formally, speaking of their goddess with power in her voice. The bear lay at the liger's paws, she had done well indeed. "May I ask your name and what your station is?"

LZ stepped back, lifting her great head. Her muzzle was now covered in blood, as she had been feasting on the bear. She looked down at the creature before her. Why should such a small creature, even if she did have wings, speak like she owned the lands? Then again maybe she did. But to tell the truth, LZ had no idea what this female was talking about!
Warrior of Luna? What's that? As for my name, I am LZ, a wanderer.

Frostmoon's lapis pools stretched wide at LZ's question. How could a feline not know of Luna? Had the ancient ways been forgotten in so many prides and tribes so quickly. Well soon all should know Luna and her priestess, Frostmoon. All felines shall be humbled by Luna's silver light. As these thoughts ran through her head Frostmoon looked up at Luna, the moon, and promised to spread her name through all the great cats that ran throughout the lands.
"Luna is the moon and stars. She is the pride within your breast, the power within your roar but most of all she is the strength within your claws. She is our, the feline, goddess. She watches us and prepares us for battle against our mortal enemies, the canines of Henya," Frostmoon spoke all these words with a growl of importance.

My parents were lones, they both died when I was a cub. I kept to myself all these years. I never learned of Luna. I'm sorry, but the only thing I believe in, is that reality sucks, and you either try to make the best of it, or you give up and die! Life is the betrayer to all. That is what I have leanred all through-out my life. LZ said lowly. She shook her head, licking at her great fangs. The common canines are annoying yes, But the Divine ones are much better, they have more respect than most. LZ added. She sat down, her tail gentally weaving back and forth.

"Divine canines? By which do you mean? Certainly not the Henyans, they hold no respect for any felines," Frostmoon could not understand this cat. She didn't know of Luna and now she spoke of dogs that were respectful and tolerable? Was it possible to have such thoughts and have striped and claws? Was this really a cat or just a illusion?

Seeing the other female was rather confused, LZ sighed, jaws parting to explain. I've been a wanderer ever since I was four months old. I traveled all over the world. Once, I came to a strange island called Japan. There, felines and canines lived in harmony and were friends. And both were worshipped and reveired by these strange two-legged hairless aps called humans.
They had paints, drawing, and murals of all different kinds of felines and canines. They had massive shrines made for them, and they said that they were powerful gods. The felines were the gods of climbing, of walls, they stood for mystery, majestic, and were viewed as royal and powerful. They were sly, and crafty, the silent watchers. Canines were the gods of the chase. They were the gods of loyaltiy, of socialism, of communion. They were depndable, and friendly, they were made for friendhsip and companionship.
And they got along perfectly! Felines and canines lived together under the same roof, they played side by side, and watched out for each-other! Believe it or not, there are those around here that believe the same thing. A young wolf, she's a year younger than me, her name is Dark. She is the winged wolf. With a fallen angel wing on her right, and a dragon wing on her left, she is strict, but is loyal. She believes what those from Japan do. She believes, as a decendant of the great wolven gods Tor and Fernis, that canines and felines should not fight, and should find peace. I think she's right. Nothing good can come from fighting in the end unless your goal is pure destruction.

(Hope you don't mind me joining.)
Loki ran quickly after the deer he had followed into the area. It had heard him, and he would have to run at full speed if he wished to catch it. When he was a few tail lenthes away, however, he spotted two female felines. The smaller of the two was a beautiful leapord. While Loki had seen many leapords before, he had never seen one such as this. He stared in awe at the leapords beautiful wings that stretched at least 20 tail lenthes from tip to tip. The larger of the two, however, resembled a tiger, but had many features of a lion. Loki decided to investigate. "Hello, ladies." Loki said as he approached the two felines. Suddenly remembering his deer, he turned around just in time to see it bound out of sight. He turned back around with a sigh, his white fur blowing lightly in the wind. He looked at the two and said "And you would be..." He waited a few moments and said "Oh, sorry. I am Loki the white tiger." he bowed his head in greeting. Suddenly he heard a small sound and smashed his paw onto the ground. He pulled it closer and picked the mouse he had just killed up. He swallowed it whole, bones and all. It wasn't much, but he hadn't eaten since yesterday, so it would have to do.

LZ turned her great head slowly to meet the new comer's gaze. He was a white Bengal Tiger, much like Lazorith. But he didn't smell the same, so LZ immediately ruled out the possibility of the two being related. She towered over the New male by a good 7 feet if not more! And that was just on all four paws! (Frostmoon said I could make LZ really big since she's a liger anyways and it's a mythical site^^)
The tips of great female's canine hung down ever so slightly from her top lip. Her face and paws were still coated in freash blood from the bear that lay at her paws still. The female had never been around more than one creature at a time, so this was becoming a crowed to her. But something told her that what he just did might have been something that was called rude. But he was young. LZ decided to forgive himt his time, but she would still correct the young male.
That was rather rude. If you wish to come in on a conversation, you must ask permission first. I won't bother with it this time. But next time, please ask. the great female said, her voice had a rather neutral tone to it suprisingly enough. To answer your question, I..am LZ a Liger.

Lazorith wasnt far from the group but didnt know they were close. He had caught a deer and eaten half of it. Lazorith has been trying for the last five minuets to get to the branch to lay in the tree. On the last try he finally made it, he is almost asleep in the tree. Lazorith knows Lz would find him if she needed anything. Lazorith's muzzle and paws are covered in blood. He woke up and started cleaning himself before the blood dried.

Loki turned to look bravely at Lz. "Well, excuse me then," he said, taking a small step back, "if you want me to leave, just say so. It won't hurt my feelings." He stared up into her face, waiting for her reply. His young face was a mix of sadness and glee. On one hand, he was just happy to be talking to her, but didn't want to be a nuisance. One the other hand, he was a loner, and hated that life. He continued staring into the older cat's eyes, waiting for an answer.

LZ blinked, the pale silver of her eyes now completely engulfed by the red lining, turning them pure red. She shook her head as her eyes slowly changed back to their normal color. No, you can stay, I don't mind. I don't know about Frostmoon though. This IS her terra after all. I didn't know this land was occupied either so I just wandered in here and met FrostMoon. LZ said lowly. She quickly caught LAzorith's scent.
The female reared back on her hind legs, her head only and inch below the branch that Lazorith was sitting on. Why not join us down here? she asked.

Loki sighed with relief as LZ said he could stay. He was glad that he wouldn't have to leave. He looked at Frostmoon and said "Oh, so that's your name. I'm sorry. I didn't know this was your territory. I just chased a deer into here." When LZ raised up on her hind legs, Loki backed away. She was towering higher than he could even jump! He looked at what she was talking to and saw another tiger, white like himself. He turned his head to the side and laughed "It's getting to be quite a crowd, isn't it." He grinned at the tiger and said "Hello, my name is Loki, and you would be...?" He waited for an answer as he scuffed the ground with his front paw.

Lz started Lazorith while he was cleaning him self and he almost fell out of the tree. Lazorith looked down to Lz and chuckled."All right then." Lazorith shook his backside looking for the best way to land and jumped off. Lazorith landed just fin and looked at every. He bowed to Frostmoon, knowing that if you had wings you were to be respected. He then looked to Loki and waved a paw."Hello everyone."Lazorith then looked around a bit and remembered Loki asked him his name."I am Lazorith." Lazorith then sat down slowly looking for any disaprovement from Frostmoon.
